By providing easy access to summarized expert knowledge and learning tools, getAbstract helps professionals worldwide to apply knowledge efficiently. Our time-saving 15-minute summaries and tools foster self-directed learning, enrich formal development initiatives and support organizational objectives.

Our Customer Success team is at the heart of getAbstract. We support B2B clients to embed getAbstract within their organization. We understand their goals and, as trusted advisors, provide best practices and recommend solutions to the challenges they face.

We are looking for a new team member to support our team in Europe. You will have the option to work mostly from home, with some days spent working from our Lucerne office.


How your day as a Customer Success Manager looks like

  • You develop and maintain extraordinary relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention
  • You educate and empower our clients through the implementation and onboarding process of our product
  • You facilitate regular account reviews (online and in-person) to highlight key results, demonstrate value and proactively look for ways to better utilize the getAbstract service
  • You design and develop marketing collaterals clients use to market getAbstract (including presentations, guides, promotional campaigns etc.)
  • You collaborate with Sales Managers in the preparation and execution of sales strategies
  • You attend industry events and client meetings to engage with customers

 Why you are the perfect match for this role

  • You have a degree in higher communication, marketing and/or business education or equivalent professional experience
  • You are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • You are organized and methodical with excellent follow-up skills
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • You are fluent in both spoken and written English and German (other languages advantageous).
  • You are a team player with a growth mindset and are enthusiastic, adaptable, and always keen to learn!
