Once a week, we email each employee a business book summary that is relevant to his or her job or areas of personal interest. The result? A steady flow of informal learning that percolates throughout the organization – week in, week out.

Each employee can select from more than 10 predefined profiles, for example, The Best of Everything, Marketing or Finance. Alternatively, the Chief Learning Officer can create these selections for employee groups to ensure that they stay current on topics pertinent to their jobs.

These profiles can be further refined from a choice of nearly 100 business topics, enabling unparalleled precision in targeting each user's interests.

Even the delivery intervals and book summary formats can be tailored to match the specific requirements of the user and the organization.

getAbstract's sophisticated selection engine scans the entire library – based on each individual's Personal Profile, and also on the book's rating and its publication date – to provide the very best learning stream targeted to each and every employee in your organization.
