Why Have a Book Summary?
Each of getAbstract’s book summaries provides readers with the key ideas of a book and are presented in a concise five-page magazine format so you can read one in 10 minutes or less. These book summaries allow busy professionals to review the most important information of the publications quickly and easily. The best way to see what a summary looks like is to read one. getAbstract provides two free summaries for the reader’s perusal.

Wide Selection of Book Summaries
getAbstract has thousands of summaries available. Most abstract or summary websites do not provide the same quality or variety that this website provides. You can download summaries immediately from the Internet. Every year, getAbstract adds more than 500 business book titles to the website library.

getAbstract.com summarizes books that are critical to all aspects of business. Expert editors analyze more than 10,000 books each year. The team of editors evaluates each publication on a rating of zero to 10, and they only summarize books that receive a rating or five of higher so you receive only the best knowledge with the highest quality. The library is extensive and offers a wide range of topics. Expect that the books in the getAbstract library are cutting-edge and innovative. You can access summaries through the easy-to-use website.

How We Deliver Quality Content
The New York Times, Fortune and BusinessWeek expert journalists write the excellent summaries. The getAbstract team of editors refines each summary four times for logical formatting, content accuracy and the highest written quality. getAbstract strives to ensure that each summary contains and highlights the book author’s most important points and valuable expert knowledge in an easy-to-read format.

Subscription Plans
Several different plans to this exceptional service are available. Once you are a member, you will have access to any abstract in the system. The Gold Subscription includes unlimited access to the entire getAbstract library at any time. You can purchase this plan for $299 per year, or $179 per half year. This low rate of approximately 10 cents per book summary for full service is one of the lowest in the industry.

A more economical package is available for the business on a budget. The Silver Subscription provides a more limited access to clients, but is very cost friendly. With this plan, each week you will receive by email a summary relevant to a topic which you select. Choose from more than 100 different business fields and feel free to change your preference at any time. This plan is available for only $89 per year. Subscribers will always have first-hand knowledge of the best books released in business.

Audio Summaries
Audio summaries are also available with the Gold Subscription. Clients with this plan have unlimited access to the audio summary library. The summaries are in MP3 format. You can review them on an iPod or any other MP3 compatible device. Audio summaries are easy to listen allowing busy professionals to complete multiple activities at once. Listen while on the morning commute or while going for a jog. This is a convenient way to gain valuable knowledge and to enhance business practices within an organization when you are on-the-go.
