Cyril Bouquet is a professor of innovation and strategy at the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland. Jean-Louis Barsoux is a research professor at IMD and co-author of The Set-Up-to-Fail Syndrome. Michael Wade is the Cisco Chair in Digital Business Transformation and a professor of innovation and strategy at IMD Business School.
