Warum Sie Emotionen am Arbeitsplatz lesen sollten
Gefühle haben am Arbeitsplatz nichts zu suchen? Stimmt nicht. Nur wer mit Spaß und Leidenschaft bei der Sache ist, kann Außergewöhnliches leisten. Dennoch sind Emotionen häufig kontraproduktiv: Sie erzeugen Fehleinschätzungen und Missverständnisse und führen in schlimmeren Fällen zu Konflikten, die die Arbeit eines ganzen Teams beeinträchtigen können. In seinem Buch zeigt Franz Will, wie man derartige Prozesse schon im Ansatz erkennt, wie man sie analysiert, steuert und entschärft.
