The author then received permission to publish from Warren Buffett, who unbeknownst to the author, had already read the book on the Internet. Soon after, Mr. Buffett ordered copies of the book for the Berkshire Hathaway Board of Directors. Miles is a Berkshire Hathaway shareholder and lives in Tampa, Florida.
