Irving H. Buchen is a widely published author on human resources (HR) design and its contribution to corporate value. In this book, he shows you how to rethink the ways your HR team can enhance your company’s competitive edge. In his view, companies need to pay attention to workforce structure and give workers the credit they deserve. It isn’t enough to do what you did yesterday, because your competition has already changed the rules. He outlines steps HR can take to help mold your workforce into a sharp competitive tool.
