Lonely Ideas: Can Russia Compete?
getAbstract regularly publishes summaries of books on the BRIC countries – except for Russia. The book offers a rather stereotypical view, however, it is a curious attempt to investigate failures to commercialize innovations on a national scale, rather than corporate. We are going to ask for the rights to summarise the Russian translation; if granted, perhaps our summary can be used by other editorials as well.
