Talking from 9 to 5: Women and Men at Work
This book gives a great perspective on why/how men and women communicate in different ways, particularly in the workplace. Covers the differences in Linguistics between men and women in general and then applies those to examples in the workplace. Very interesting and helps readers to understand how to communicate with the opposite sex at work as well as how to receive communication from the opposite sex (without misunderstanding their direction/intentions or getting offended by feedback, etc).
