This is one of the best books on leadership I've ever read. It's concise and gives readers stories to remember the principles and applications that are very memorable to say the least. Lastly, Jocko Willink and Leif Babin run a successful leadership consulting firm that has further honed their leadership skills learned in the SEAL's teams and makes application to business very seamlessly.
