10 – رائع. كتاب مفيد و/أو تنويري، بالإضافة إلى تلبية أعلى المعايير في جميع الجوانب ذات الصلة، يبرز حتى بين الأفضل. غالبًا ما يكون كلاسيكيًا فوريًا وضروريًا للجميع.
9 – ممتاز. كتاب مفيد و/أو تنويري يتميز بتوازن كبير، وله العديد من النقاط القوية ولا توجد عيوب تستحق الذكر.

WOW! This was a straight to the point deep dive and recap of how I can fully listen and take accountability of my part in convos and also how to create a atmosphere where people too can express their feelings. In realizing that these steps can create calmness and peace, I enjoy being able to contribute in this manner by using these tips/pointers.
