A $2 million research project conducted during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis studied how leading organizations and individuals were reinventing their organizations, workplaces and leadership. From that research emerged the Radical Adaptability Framework, a methodology for focusing leadership on redesigning the business model, the workforce and the organization’s purpose. The framework emphasizes foresight, agility, inclusion and resilience.
