Cirque du Soleil’s shows are so lyrical and whimsical that it would be easy to expect Lyn Heward, Cirque’s director of creation, to be abstract and divorced from the business world. In fact, the opposite is true. Heward presents a well-organized talk and explains how Cirque’s three creative principles apply to any business.
