This year’s topic of the Learning at Work Week (13th to 19th May 2019) is “Shaping the Future.” It’s got three stands: “Future Open,” “Future Ready” and “Future Active.” The central question for Future Active is: How can we actively shape our individual, collective and organisational futures through learning?
