Sexual Harassment

Sexual harassment is bullying or coercion of a sexual nature and the unwelcome or inappropriate promise of rewards in exchange for sexual favors. Worldwide, women and men are standing together against this abuse of power. Victims are proclaiming “MeToo!” as they muster the courage to share their painful experiences and their resolute strength in the face of verbal, emotional and physical mistreatment. If you experience inappropriate behavior in the workplace, what recourse do you have? Companies must update their corporate policies to reflect a shifting reality, but what changes must they make? Discover how to curb workplace sexual harassment.
