管理1.0

管理2.0

管理3.0

在理想的状态下,管理的目标应当是提升员工的参与度、满意度和成长感。良好的管理会向员工、客户、供应商以及股东传递价值。管理3.0为完成设定目标而制定统一的准则和做法。更为灵活的管理离不开公司的组织架构及其经营环境。
