当前,各个企业使出浑身解数来促进员工合作,但试尽各种方法都徒劳无功。比如说,如果经理命令团队合作完成某项任务,却没有事先得到下属的支持,那员工要么勉强听从指令,要么直接躺平。

当人们想共同努力、做出改变时,必须得有变革性的引导,也就是要找到突破传统的方法,来帮助团队克服障碍、协同合作。变革性的引导能帮团队、组织、社区或社会在面对内忧外患时做出改变。当不同的团队基于做出改变的目标而聚集在一起时,就需要引导师的引导。任何能引导团队达成目标,并获取团队支持的人,都可以成为引导师。

要想促进合作,可以先从奉献精神、人际联结和平等基础三方面入手,消除障碍。

2017年,在哥伦比亚的西南部,有四十个人聚到了一起,他们当中有政要,有商人,还有社会活动家和退伍军官,这次聚会的目的是共同讨论该区域的未来。当时,这个区域经历了52年的战乱,各方亟需达成和解,谋求发展。最开始,会谈的气氛很紧张,因为这些人都曾经是对手或敌人,现在他们需要学会放下戒备。
