在当今社会,许多人都背负着贷款和债务,工作收入不高,生活开销大,一年到头存不下几个钱。这时候如果有一份副业,就可以为枯燥的生活增添色彩,还能缓解经济上的压力。

要找到一份好的副业,首先要发现自己的兴趣和技能的结合点。例如,唐恩从法学院毕业时正好碰上2008年金融危机,当时他所在的律所薪水低得可怜,根本不够生活开销。于是,他开始和游戏厂商合作,做起了武术动作捕捉的行当(他的习武经历帮了大忙)。这份副业收入不错,但不是一条长期的职业道路。

后来,唐恩希望能利用自己的法学专业做一点不一样的事情。凭着对产权法的热情,他开始在房地产等领域提供律师服务。在日常工作的同时,他学习了所有关于产权法的知识,甚至为了获得更多经验而无偿工作。通过积累,他掌握了解决客户痛点的诀窍,发现了他的特长可以发光发热的地方。他认定这项副业可以发展成为他的全职职业。这一步总结起来就是:选择一个合适的领域,问问自己或潜在的客户,你能为行业解决什么样的问题?
