不要浪费时间去寻找捷径,也不要只做能够确保成功的事,要什么都试一试。改变离不开正确的沟通、培训、指导、奖励和团队组建。其中每一项都同样重要。如果在一个环节上掉了链子,那么其他地方做得再好也无济于事。

为了提高有效改变的几率,把可能的失败转变为大概率的成功,领导者必须毫不妥协地始终做出与目标相一致的选择和行动。只为你的目标而进行创新和创造。

你需要去了解员工的观点。努力理解他们的想法、信念和感受,因为他们才是让改变发生的人。

放下自我,显露你的脆弱。为了做到始终如一,你需要权衡每一句话、每次行动和每个决定。

永远不要说一套做一套,员工总是在观察,他们会解读你说的话和做的事。在任何时候都要信守诺言。任何一点虚伪都会妨碍你实现目标。
