1. “以身作则”——言行一致。

你必须知道自己相信什么、代表什么、想要教导什么,这样才能承担起领导的角色。充满活力的领导者会展现出他们希望被效仿的行为。在历史上,最受尊敬的人都相信并乐于宣传自己的核心价值观;而历史也证明,人们会追随有着坚定原则的领导者。追随者往往希望领导者能探讨良心和道德之类的话题,但如果你还不知道对你来说最重要的是什么,你就不可能进行有力的表达。人们更愿意跟随那些有着清楚理念的领导者。
