  • “情景面试”——在该模式下,面试官会问应聘者, 假如在工作中面临某困境,他们将会如何应对。每位应聘者都需要回答相同的问题。在准备情景面试时,你要列出空缺岗位的职责并与现有员工探讨在该岗位上他们容易遇到哪些有挑战性的情况。你应该设置一些问题,用以考查应聘者应对类似挑战的能力。你还要编写一份打分指南来评价每个人的回答并且让各面试官的评价结果差异最小化。为了保证这些问题的公正、清晰、有效,可以先开展一个小规模的面试试验。
