私人助理必须要激励团队,饱含热情,还要为老板充电。那么该如何激励团队呢?首先,确保全体团队成员能够及时得到所需的资源;其次,明确每个人的角色、责任和目标;最后,让员工拥有对工作的自主控制权,不要进行微观层面的管理。只要合乎情理,不要吝啬于表扬员工。

行政助理有时候还需要激励自己的老板,跟所有人一样,老板们也需要鼓励和表扬。你的助理工作做得越好,你的老板就会越愉快,士气也会越高。要确保跟老板有预约的人能够准时出现,如果有人只打算和你的老板闲聊或者预约一些毫无意义的会议,那么你就应该毫不犹豫地拒绝掉。对老板要恭敬,按照老板的指示做事,谨言慎行。
