改变不一定是困难的。只要引入得当,人们就能自然地适应变化(如使用新的手机、新的技术)。只要我们能顺应大脑的运作方式,改革就会变得相对容易。很多时候,潜意识因素主导了人们对变化的反应,因此管理者应多从潜意识的角度预测人们的行动,而不要浪费时间尝试改变人们的理性思考。
