转型说起来容易做起来难,2022年麦肯锡(McKinsey)全球数字化转型调查显示,很多转型企业未能收获预期效果,它们的平均增收还不到预期的三分之一,而节约成本的幅度仅有预期的四分之一。为充分挖掘数字化转型的优势,领导者不能只想着升级技术,还要大胆改革,提高企业的整体水准。只有大胆改革,才能抓住时代的机遇。

要想成功转型,必须打好基础,规划出清晰、详细的路线图。

转型路线图以及相关的财务计划可以指引企业转型的方向,明确需要转型的目标业务,提出新的解决方案,推动提高企业水准,还能列明关键的绩效指标。转型路线图应包括管理计划和管理模式,财务计划则应明确实现目标的路径和时间节点。
