新冠疫情期间,远程办公迅速风靡各行各业。企业纷纷转向数字化办公产品,员工也被迫学习如何使用它们。办公室租金开始降低,看着省下来的成本,高管们也开始探索永久远程办公的可行性。然而,很多员工的通勤时间就此变成了办公时间,工作也开始出现超负荷状态。由于缺乏职场社交,不少员工也开始出现严重的孤独感。
