正念的概念缘起于佛教。根据普遍定义,正念是指“从身体四个客观方面(身体状况、客观感受、自身心态以及经验现象)出发对自己经历的进行思考。”2016年,克兰菲尔德(Cranfield),伯明翰(Birmingham)和阿伯里斯特威斯(Aberystwyth)三所大学进行了正念计划研究。参与研究的人员表示,正念训练让他们更为积极专注、适应力更强。此外,通过正念训练,他们更能理解他人的行为。

正念练习可以提升你的领导力。日常生活中我们不得不处理许多琐碎之事。但是长此以往你会发现,人无法对所有事保持同等关注。比如你在和亲朋好友畅谈时,经常会有不合时宜的电话打断你们的交谈。
