Das Buch lässt keinen wichtigen Aspekt außer Acht. Wer eine Laufbahn als Führungskraft anstrebt oder bereits Führungsverantwortung trägt, findet hier geballtes Praxiswissen, wie es in dieser Form wohl an keiner Universität gelehrt wird. Umso bemerkenswerter ist es, dass die Autorin völlig auf Fachvokabular verzichtet. Eine unbedingte Leseempfehlung!
