    In Corona times the above tips are difficult to follow unfortunatly. My tip would be, to meet up with people via facetime on a regular basis. Also take time to phone somebody or create a group activity via Whatsapp (puzzle for example). Also talk to your manager if you feel alone. Don't keep it for yourself.
