7 years agoTo the point summary - "Beyond Performance" is a compendium for leaders searching for positive competitive advantage factors. Organizatonal health is more than the authors describe naming only sustainability as missing. Attentive readers of McKinsey's Quarterly may know the contents from multiple articles with equal subjects. It is good and inspiring fare for practitioners - less easy for beginners. Anyway a great approach for the subject itself with its own right and foundation - recommendable read.
