Chad Foster’s story is one of remarkable courage and determination. Though he lost his vision in college, Foster became the first blind person to graduate from the Harvard Business School Program for Leadership Development. Foster’s autobiography offers valuable life lessons about how to overcome personal disadvantages and turn them into competitive strengths.
