5 years ago'What Is Lean Six Sigma' does an excellent job of summarizing the core concepts of lean six sigma without a lot of mathematical equations or technical terminology. As a project and operations manager for a web development company, it was fascinating to see how the concepts typically associated with a factory production line can also be applied to software development.
