Recommendation

Since 2012, the Learning and Development Global Sentiment Survey, compiled by industry analyst Donald H Taylor, has charted the priorities of L&D professionals worldwide. The report also underscores a continued emphasis on data-driven practices and examines the value of consulting with the business, performance support, and demonstrating impact. Taylor’s analysis captures the enthusiasm and the uncertainty surrounding AI, demonstrating the benefits of new tools and the potential threat to L&D’s role within organizations. The survey is co-sponsored by getAbstract and, therefore, unrated.
