9 years agoTis abstract gives you five clear steps how to manage problematic employees. The basic message is that have them improve their ways or get rid of them. The abstract contains also case examples of different kinds of problems you might have with employees. I don't think there is anything world changing here, but those five C's presented in book are helpful with moving forward. If you have problematic employees, this book might help you to do whatever you need to het done with them.
