    W środku zmiany potrzebne jest wsparcie w zakresie zasobów. Jeśli nie przekonasz interesariuszy że jest ono konieczne to nie tylko będzie mieć utrudnioną pracę ale także osłabisz swój wizerunek w ich oczach
