Copulsky é professor sênior de marketing na Northwestern University. Gerald C. Kane é professor titular de Administração de Empresas na Universidade da Geórgia. Kane, Nguyen Phillips e Copulsky são coautores (com Garth R. Andrus) do livro The Technology Fallacy: How People are the Key to Digital Transformation.
