Towards Maturity is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping companies make the most of learning technologies. About the Authors

Laura Overton is founder and CEO of Towards Maturity, a nonprofit which helps organizations improve their learning and development performance. Genny Dixon is Towards Maturity’s head of research.



The IT and Telecoms companies in Towards Maturity study on learning included large and small businesses, most of them multinationals that have used learning technologies for six years or less.  Digital learning in most of these places includes “live online learning delivery,” “virtual meetings,” video and “internal information services.” L&D leaders seek to use technology and new methods in a way that increases skills competency in the ITT sector quickly.
