    This summary was straight to the point and extremely useful for applying the principles of the book today. At the same time, it encourages me to purchase the book to get more insight on what each question is meant to address.

    Not a very good book. Make employees responsible for metrics they don't control? Emphasize competitiveness between employees and groups and still wants collaboration? Twisted ideas, that are sure to produce bad results...

    OK... nothing really grabbed me like McKinsey's & S's, or the Kaplan Norton Balanced Scorecard, or Porter's models.
    Maybe take your pieces and pull together a bunch of 'C's framework? Context, Culture, Constraints, Competencies, Controls, Creativity, Customer??

    This is a good summary/book for either small business or for entire departments that are part of a larger organization. Can take concepts and apply them to your specific situation.

    First, i think this is a book for Sales people. However, It's great when the the summary of abstract to understand more about the book. And those question are real help for business people.
