Recommendation

In a world awash with advice about habits and productivity, leadership thinker Max McKeown challenges the obsession with doing more, better. Instead, he invites you to examine the systems, situations, and patterns that create overwhelm and constraint, and to learn how to transcend and disrupt them. McKeown’s practical, clear guidance blends crisp conceptual framing with vivid, real-life illustrations from numerous fields, including science, athletics, and art. His framework of loops, rules, and habits offers a guide to living calmly and creatively amid chaos.
