He features a whopping 365 leadership strategies, one for every day of the year. Bornancin maintains that readers can use his book to become 1% better leaders each day. A good number of his “secrets” prove to be well-known or obvious – except perhaps to business beginners – but Bornancin offers a comprehensive rundown of concepts and actions leaders should know and understand.

  • “Whatever it takes” – Within ethical boundaries, do what you need to do to win.
