As the pandemic wanes, they’re asking their bosses about work arrangements going forward – and resisting returning to a daily commute. In a Gartner survey, 85% of respondents said they would look for another job if they had to return to the office five days a week. Instead, workers are asking for hybrid arrangements: a combination of working from home and working in the office.
