Kerpen explains what to do, how to do it and why. getAbstract recommends his knowledgeable take on social networks to marketing professionals who want to enhance their company’s brands and increase sales.

This abstract confirms what many of us already understand: effective management of social media can make or break an experience, or even a brand. It does highlight some tips to do that, as well as showcases real life examples of what good and bad looks like. A great overview and intro to social media marketing for anyone interested.
