    Very important information for leaders, to know that their emotions will be transferred to their workers, to their vendors, to their clients and it is important to select the right people to get the job done. Arrogant attitudes, lack of empathy and sympathy, anger and discrimination can be mirrored it and cost the well-being of a company and the loss of contracts.
