Narcissists can exist in any aspect of your life, but can be difficult to identify. If someone demands all of your time and attention, presents him or herself as better than others, and leaves you feeling negative about yourself, they may have this personality disorder. The good news is that you can learn to set boundaries, strengthen your sense of self, and identify manipulative and unkind behavior. If you are in a relationship with a narcissist, realize that you can’t change them; you can only change yourself and your environment.
