    I saw this quote from the book that lead me here: "Although it might not seem intuitive at first, taking the time to show empathy and encouragement in your emails can actually make you more efficient." (Jocelyn K. Glei, Unsubscribe) <br> <br>It's interesting to me that in the effort to be efficient hand concise jthe summary did not include this idea, demonstrating exactly the problem we have when we rush. We MISS the human connection. <br> <br>Still, I like the batching of senders into different response groups. I'm going to give that a try.
