神经科学

神经科学还对个人变化的过程提出了看法。例如,神经科学提出,想象你自己正在从事某项活动与你自己实际从事某项活动,这两者激活的大脑区域是一样的。不妨鼓励客户清晰地想象他们正在做自己希望做成的事情。

“PETTLEP”法
