世界各地的人们一直以来都在努力满足自己的基本需求,包括温饱、居所、家庭美满以及法律和秩序。盖洛普公司的研究发现,“一个全球性的美好梦想是拥有一份满意的工作”。该愿望甚至出人意料地超越了人们对上述基本需求的渴望(除食物以外)。全世界的员工都希望有坚定的领导、可观的收入、持续的学习和目标。当企业满足了员工的需求时,员工就会变得敬业,从而促进企业的发展。然而,全球只有大概1/7的员工表示自己是全身心投入工作的。
