Product Manager – Learning Platform Integrations

getAbstract continues to expand its market leadership rapidly. We offer a large variety of exciting career opportunities in Switzerland and the United States in sales, technology and editorial (in English, German, Spanish and French).

To support our growing product management function, we're looking for a Product Manager (m/f, 50-100%) focusing on integrating our product into third-party learning platforms.

Your responsibilities
  • Perform market / client research and maintain an overview of relevant learning platforms
  • Define requirements, manage and prioritize product backlog, interface with developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Create and maintain integration documentation and act as integration expert for key B2B customers
  • Train and support the customer success team with customer integrations of getAbstract content into learning management systems, client intranets, apps and more
  • Build and maintain relationships with platform partners (LMS providers etc.)
Desired skills and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, IT, business informatics or similar
  • Tech-savvy: you have decent knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS and Javascript) and have a track-record of easily acquiring new IT skills and knowledge
  • You can apply a wide range of software, online tools and resources for product design, prototyping and testing
  • Capacity to translate between business requirements and technical specifications
  • Ability to set priorities when deploying limited resources
  • Analytical thinking and a sense for simplifying complexity
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken, level C1)
  • You already have (or are keen to acquire) an in-depth technical knowledge about different integration technologies used in a corporate training or learning context (SAML, REST APIs, xAPI, SCORM etc.)
