Recommendation

The growing business importance of generative AI and autonomous AI agents means today’s leaders must know how to adapt their leadership style to manage both people and technology, explains author Alex Zarifis. In the rapidly changing world of work, employees need leaders who understand and empathize with their challenges — and who have mastered AI well enough to make the most of its capabilities, handle its flaws, and maximize its potential. Zarifis’s accessible text explains practical ways leaders can manage the transition of incorporating AI into their teams’ work by drawing on the best elements of various kinds of leadership. The book also includes hands-on exercises to help you put your new skills into practice.
