Recommendation

To influence those around you, engage with them around a common vision. Dale Carnegie educator Matt Norman explains how to build your influence by engaging with people thoughtfully, asking empathetic questions, and using conversation to cultivate a framework that creates alignment and inspires the pursuit of a mutual goal. Norman offers a step-by-step guide to establishing trust, confidence, and collaboration on projects and activities that align with your vision and manifest the influence you’re raising.
