Can you hit the salary sweet spot? Pay your people enough to make them feel valued, but not so much that it undermines your fiscal goals; enough to keep them, but not so much that you can't afford them. And what are your other policies around pay: transparency or discretion? Merit-based or automatic raises? It's a hot topic for a reason but you can cool it here.
